Individual Session Offers
I know that this time of year can feel financially heavy for many people. If cost has been a barrier to starting or continuing therapy, I’m offering a small reduction on my fees for a limited time, to help make support a little more accessible.
Individual Session Offers
For the remainder of January and throughout February, I’m offering £10 off my standard session fees:
45-minute session: £35 (normally £45) - Online or Telephone
60-minute session: £45 (normally £55) - Online or Telephone
Block Booking Offers
If you’re able to commit to a short block of sessions, I’m also offering reduced package rates:
4 × 45-minute sessions: £160 (Online or Telephone)
4 × 60-minute sessions: £200 (Online or Telephone)
Block bookings are paid in advance and can offer both financial savings and a sense of continuity in the work we do together.
These offers are available for new clients and are intended to support those who may need some flexibility during the winter months. Therapy doesn’t have to wait until things feel “sorted” — sometimes support is most helpful when things feel stretched.

General Pricing
All of my fees are based upon a session lasting either approx 40 minutes at £45 or 50 minutes at £55 for therapy then a recap of the content. This may vary slightly either way. A free initial contact call is offered (10/15 min duration).
Online
Via Zoom
This method allows for me to conduct meetings with clients from anywhere within the UK.
The charge for this is currently £45-55.00
Telephone
I am aware that some clients will not wish to meet via the Online method, therefore I extend sessions through telephone.
The charge for this is also £45-55.00
In Person
Location dependent
In person sessions can be arranged depending on your locale. The charge below is inclusive of the rental for office space.
The charge for this is £70.00
